Rsonstech – Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Rsonstech Software Company (“Rsonstech”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
Rsonstech provides software development and related services. The nature and scope of the services will be defined in the project agreement between Rsonstech and the client.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Rsonstech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received as agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information, including but not limited to trade secrets, proprietary information, and project details, disclosed during the course of the business relationship.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed during the course of providing services shall remain the property of Rsonstech until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the intellectual property as outlined in the project agreement.
Warranty
Rsonstech warrants that the services provided will be of a professional quality. Rsonstech is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party software or hardware.
Limitation of Liability
Rsonstech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of NewYork, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Termination
Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. Termination does not relieve the client’s obligation to pay for services rendered.
Amendments
Rsonstech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
